Meet Agent Yes

Agent Yes At Your Service

Do you dream of having a more organized life? Where you can find everything you need, when you need it? Have you tried (and failed) to organize your home, office, art studio or life in general? Or have you been diagnosed with Chronic Disorganization or Challenging Disorganization? What does a professional organizer do and how can Agent Yes help?

If you’re looking for a way to simplify your life and your surroundings so you have more time for the things that are really important to you, it’s time to meet Agent Yes.

Agent Yes is Michele Grybeck, who has been outsmarting chaos in Boulder County since 2004. As one of the few professional organizers in Boulder County embracing the standards of the National Association of Professional Organizers, she is more than just a professional organizer or productivity consultant.

Yes, she loves to help others love their space and surroundings, but she doesn’t utilize cookie-cutter solutions. She creates a unique personal organization system that is customized to each of her clients.

Yes, she works with those who have been diagnosed with Chronic Disorganization, Challenging Disorganization and even Chronic Hoarding Disorder. However, she also works with artists, musicians and other right brainers who struggle with paying attention to the details that can keep a home or office running smoothly.

And yes, she can help you.

What Does A Professional Organizer Do?

The Process

Patient. Nonjudgmental. Professional. Compassionate. Agent Yes is all of these things and more. The process begins with you talking, and Agent Yes listening. And listening. And listening some more. Once she has a thorough understanding of what makes YOU tick, she’ll come up with a system that makes it easy for you to organize your life.

Oh, and did we mention she’ll probably arrive in funky eyewear, wearing Converse sneakers and a warm smile?

Yes, she’ll devise a beautifully customized and effective organizational system for you, but you’ll probably have a lot of fun in the process.

“Organizing is not a skill that comes easily to everyone. I know many people have fear surrounding their organizing experiences. I love to hear about my client’s wishes and desires, goals, lifestyle and priorities. This helps me help them uncover potential strategies for change.”

It Starts With A Phone Call

Yes, just pick up the phone and give Agent Yes a call. She’ll answer basic questions during a free 20-minute phone consultation. The next step is an on-site assessment, so she understands the organizational project and can answer any questions a potential client may have.

The assessment rate is $60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with payment due at the end of the assessment. You’ll receive a plan of action via email, and should you choose to move forward with the project within 90 days of the assessment date, the assessment fee is applied toward the first working session together. Once the Plan of Action is discussed and approved, a contract will require a signature before sessions begin.

“It’s important that a client feels comfortable with having me in their home. During the initial assessment, we’ll talk about their hopes and fears, and I’m there to answer any questions they may have. Again, it’s about finding solutions that fit your aesthetic, your lifestyle and your needs.”
